Homeschooling mama of two · follower of the true Jesus
I am a homeschooling mama of two, holistic birth doula, a (not woo-woo) prenatal yoga instructor and follower of the true Jesus.
As a self-proclaimed “crunchy mom,” I'm always seeking out natural remedies and the healing properties of herbs. I combine yoga, my knowledge of birth and my crunchy lifestyle to help women connect deeply with their body, mind and baby.
My approach focuses on education, mindset and intentional movement — so you are confident in your choices, balanced in your body, and able to surrender your mind and heart. This comes in the form of intentional movement to support your changing body, focused breathing to keep you present and calm, sharing resources and information, and childbirth education so you can be less afraid and more trusting of yourself all along the way.

My practice is faith-based and grounded in functional movement and practical support — where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and confidence is built. Your birth doesn't have to look like everyone else's.

Walk in ready
You head into birth trusting your body, curious instead of afraid, and supported by someone who's walking right alongside you.
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”Psalm 139:13–14
